I do't know how you're going to implement the translations for the templates but I saw you posted the files on the cumulus forum, I can confirm that the Dutch/NL translations are good.

Thanks to report that Dutch is ok!
 
I plan to do a well job for templates languages as you already see, all invidual language files
has been sent to Cumulus Forum and available here for download. I have sent them to honor
promised and to show that things are going good on translations!
 
During that time, I'm working on templates to have something real well; Templates will work
with as many languages as needed. From 1 to 11 languages (for now) with default language
selectable by "Weather master".
 
For spam... I appologize, I'm experiencing a lot of spam and I work on it
(maybe Simple Machine Forum has some problem on that!)
