Wrong accented characters

I have added forecast page from http://saratoga-weather.org/scripts-WUforecast.php#WUforecast  to my Sunset Template http://www.meteobitetto.it/forecast.php.
My problem is that accented characters are not displayed well.
Any suggestions are appreciated.

Hi giosi,

Verify that that your page is saved with UTF-8 charset.
On editor like Notepad++, you have "encode" menu
and you just have to take "convert to UTF-8 (without BOM)"
