Hi John,
This is caused by your header image. You're trying to replace
header image and menu background image with a smaller image.
To see where the problem is, simply see your style.css file
and turn back size to its original value:
height: 353px
Solution could be to stretch the height of your image by adding
the menu bar portion of the header image.
