Trends page for Cumulus MX
« on: September 18, 2016, 05:21:32 PM »
Dear members,

I've take a few minutes to produce a specific Trends page for MX installations.
this page adapt standard Cumulus Trends page for Weather Blues v.2 template

You just have to unzip this file to your main folder, all files and folders
included has to be sent to your web site.

File trendsMX.php could be renamed trends.php to replace old file.

That page is not multilingual for now, update could be available if demand.

Demo. http://meteostours.ca/MX/WB2/trends.php

Regards,
Your friendly weathermaster.

I have seen your beautifoul meteo web site. I have a question for you.
How does the moon.bmp phese change?
I have installed the same template with cumulus Mx 3.0 but the image of the moon doesn't change.
Can you help me?

Gianluca

Hi Gianluca,

I've woked on 2 moon images series and adapted them for Cumulus.
First set is a common black and white moon phase images series.
the other is a artistic serie of "progressively eaten rotis"

You could try them with your WB2 template as a direct replacement
(as they are the same size), by modifying index.php file, that way:

Locate this line (#131)
<img src="images/moon.bmp"...

And modify it like that:
<img src="images/Moon<?php echo $MoonAge; ?>.jpg" ...

... supposing that you put moon pictures in images folder.

Best regards,
Jacques

Hello jacques,
Thanks for all these changes for Cumulus MX. If you could update the download section to find all the pages to edit in the same place and finalize the page of the graphics so that it also works with the translation.
