Problem with Weather Blues Template
« on: May 07, 2016, 11:13:49 PM »
I'm not sure if this a Cumulus problem or Weather Blues template problem but I cannot get the "Yesterday" tab to open when clicked. All the other tabs open fine. Any ideas out there as to what the problem could be? The yesterday.ini and yesterdayT.htm files both appear to be ok.
Thanks

Hi Rob,

Yesterday.htm file is present on your website, but empty.

This could be a corrupted source file, so take a fresh copy
of file yesterdayT.htm from zip file. Copy it in the same folder
as the other pages i.e. C:\Cumulus\web.

This could also be a transfer problem, so check timestamp
on your site to see if yesterday.htm is updated at same time
as other pages. You could also:
- Delete file yesterday.htm on your site and see if will be sent next update
- Check to see if CHMOD is set to 644 or so.
- Check Cumulus options for transfer to 'Delete file before update"

Further investigation could be done with Cumulus log files, but since
only yesterday.htm file is affected, the above "checklist" could solve it

Jacques

Hi Jacques,
I tried all of your suggestions except changing chmod (I don't know what this is) and none seemed to solve the problem.
Thanks for your help!
Rob

Hi Weathernut,
Just seen your post. I dont normally look in html forum as I use php so quite lucky really.

Only thing I can think of is that the yesterday file is possibly not being processed by Cumulus, but I dont see why if all the other files appear to be processed.

Can you attach a copy of your yesterdayT.htm file from Cumulus and also a copy of yesterday.htm form your website and I will take a look.

Andy
