Hi Arthur,

You have to check style.css file, to find this:

#buttons a {
...
font-size: 18px;
padding-top: 20px;

...
}

and for space between them:

.but {
   padding: 0px 10px;
}

Hi Jacques,

I'm on my way...!!!!!
However, when the website is opened, it shows 2 [tab] lines.....
How do I separate, so when initial [home] page is displayed, I see only 1 row, and when I click on [recent] it opens the second row?????
So far so good.......
I want ot separate "local information" (area links, images etc) from the actual weather information, so this gives a good opportunity to make a [tab] AREA with all related info (and not in 1 page [links]....

Cheers,

Arthur

Hi Arthur,

For your index page, you have to define you new menu
with categories: (the principle)
A - B - E - I - J - K  pages

first submenu:
B - C - D pages

Second sub menu
E - F - G - H pages

Then for ALL "B" Group, you have to change each and every page menus
for this 2 rows of menus.
A - B - E - I - J - K  pages
B - C - D

for ALL "E" Group, the same thing:
A - B - E - I - J - K  pages
E - F - G - H

and so on, for all your pages.
(No need to change "NOW' for "HOME" page if doing 2 rows)

Regards,
Jacques

HI Jacques,

I came a "long" way I guess.......
However, 2 questions remain:

1) I've renamed my [images] tab into Area Info (want to have 2nd row for non-weather only)
So far so good.......
However, when I click on [Area Info] it automatically opens the [images] page.
I'm adding some links as well, so I want to open with [home] and then select which page to see.
Same for [recent].
When I click on [recent] it opens automatically with [today] although there are tabs with [home] [today] [yesterday] [live radar]
What do I change to open the second row with [home]...??

2) Of course I keep a "sharp" eye on the validation since the changes.....
Guess what: Suddenly all these changes introduce 1 error (see attachment)
It seems I can't use the <id_button> twice???

Any suggestions??
Thanks

Arthur

Hi Arthur,

That you want is a dynamic menu in javascript, can't do that in pure html!
That's why my solution was to swap ONE menubar depending on page.

You know now, a <a href"..." tag is a "Go To Page", then you couldn't stay
at that page and only open 2nd menubar (1 or 2 menu is the same)... without javascript (or Php)!

For javascript menus, see: http://www.dynamicdrive.com/

Hi Jacques,

I can live with it for now (when a visitor clicks on [recent] it's obvious he/she is interested in recent information, so when it opens directly in [today] the info is actually quite recent........ :D  :D  :D

Cheers,

Arthur

Just checked it a minute ago, and the first page and gauges do not scroll by mouse. I have to use the slider.
Other pages are OK.

humm...any clue ??

its scrolling normally on my laptop and main computer...and also on the basement's computer.

could it be a script file that can do that ? like a gauge script ? since gauges are on those pages...

what browser do you use ?...i have checked with IE,Firefox and Chrome and all ok :?

It really is kind of weird, since all your other pages scroll normal (so it's not my mouse  :D ).

Is there in any way a "lock" that might be on the page somewhere.
I've noticed this from the beginning, when you had at first the Cumulus Realtime page connected to the gauges page. (The Cumulus Realtime page doesn't scroll here either, so there might be a "left-over" from that still on your gauges page after you removed the Cumulus Realtime...???? Do you have the original gauges-ss file from before you added the Cumulus Realtime?? Just check if there's any difference....
That's all I can think of..

Cheers,

Arthur
