Weather blues problem

Hi, we are a volunteer group that run a lookout station integrated into the national search and rescue we have to generate donations to run the station,
On this page https://www.ncifleetwood.co.uk/weather/infos.htm we have put a link on the page that we get donations from but it looks a mess as it's pushed the page down could someone help to put this page looking ok.

Hi Jacques, sorry it's me again I managed to follow your instructions and inserted the piece in the page but still have a problem the big clouds background is not full page and am struck on how to fix that.
Also when viewing all the pages on a iPad the pages are not showing correctly on the right hand side I have not edited any pages other than https://www.ncifleetwood.co.uk/weather/infos.htm
