Post by: ICEBERG on February 26, 2012, 11:35:44 AM
Hello Jacques and what you have created weather by you is truly amazing and very happy that i live in the same province like you  ;)

Is it possible to create a weather  template like a old fashion dials in a plane cockpit.

Hi Iceberg,

That is funny that you talk to me about a plane cockpit view!
I have an idea about that since à year, but think it is too weird!

I have already done some test with à cockpit and photos from the air.
It is a little hard to balance between gauges and point of view.
There is à lot of gauges to place and not enough for landscapes.

Then, I'll put this project over thé pile.

Jacques

Iceberg,

As I told you earlier, I have already done some try with plane cockpit, as this one, but dashboard too small to put all gauges... I'm thinking about "bubble copter"  as it have more gauges, and glass too!

For your panel, I already see WD/Weathersnoop and find it real cute! I've tried some real gauges as this one :http://meteoduquebec.com/faces/cadrans.html

And some "nature gauges too! http://meteoduquebec.com/faces/nature.html

But these "prototypes" don't seems to raise interest on it!
