Page Header Shift
« on: August 02, 2012, 01:34:10 AM »
Hi Jacques,

We've talked about this phenomena in the past, but it recently (noticibly) showed up again:
The page (header) shift in the [images] page.
I still use the original template page for the [images] however I've made some reorganization in my site with more consistent display for weather and non wetaher related subjects.
The [images] page can now be found under [Area Info].
I also have a "title" for each different sub-menu, and these titles are underlined.
Here becomes the error of shifting visible. The submenu contains [Area Info] [Photo Gallery] = Images and [Info Links].
When you click on [Photo Gallery] the page shifts (see header text) and the submenu title becomes black.
Any idea of how to solve this??

Thanks,

Arthur

Hi Arthur,

Problem is with gallery.css (in slides/lib folder)

Remove 2nd line :    color: #333333;

Or better, "comment it", like this:

/*    color: #333333; */

Regards,
Jacques

Hi Jacques,

That works great!!!!
Thanks.

Remains the "problem" that the font in [images] for Altona Forest and Pickering is diffeent form all other pages as well as the position on the page..
Small problem.....

Thanks,

Arthur

Hi Jacques,

Font shift has finally been solved by deleting the first 5 lines in the gallery.css folder.

Cheers,
Arthur
