New menu item BUG TRACKER!

Dear members,

As projects are coming from a long way, i've thinked that a "Tracker" could be something interesting
for all. With that new function, you could be sure that your bug and/or problem is followed right.
Just select project (template) in cause, click "NEW ENTRY" button and select type "Issue"!

But, the most interesting part is the "Feature" option. That option will be used as a suggestion box!
You're dreaming of a new (SS) gauges page, want to priorize a new template launch ... or having
an idea for Template Manager? Drop a post in that section and select "Features" to send your idea!

You'll locate new "Big Tracker" item in the top menu bar.

I hope that this new function will help doing things better.
