Due to spam attack, Weather by You! is in obligation to control each new member as this:
- Each subscriber have to include its weather website url.
- Each new member have to be validated by webmaster
 
This new subscribe method will stop sending unwanted post to members following threads.
Enforcements are in place until I find a good way to manage spams.

I've made some clean up in member list to be only between "weathermaster".
To join our forum you have now to answer one question about this site
and confirm your membership with email activation link


Then just keep in mind that this site is about weather and Cumulus
(and pywws) software.


In short, instant registration is back!
