once again advise please

Hi
    i have been trying to get the blues onto our web, i am a beginner to this, we do not have a weather station as yet but i wanted to see if i was up to doing it, i have got it onto the web, well sort of http://www.ncirossallpointfleetwood.co.uk/weather the guages page is to long and in the about tab the picture under the google map is not centered the "view larger map" text is under the picture when it should be under the map, if someone can help with these problems it wil be appreciated.
