Weather Sunset v1.2

Mr.Meteo:
Dear members,

In the way to update templates to UTF-8, offered by Cumulus since build 1093,
this time its the Weather Sunset Template to be updated.

In the same time, some bugs has been corrected, as the date format
in the monthlyrecord page

Installation instructions has been updated accordingly.

New package is available in the Download Section.
