Weather Underground forecast update for Weather Blues v.2

Mr.Meteo:
Dear members,

Weather Underground has changed its personnal station support.
Now, you need to register to WU API Key program to obtain
your "acces Key" to access their weather data.

A new package for Weathe Blues v.2 is available at Download Section.
