How to download a template?

Great site!
I'd like to have a go at configuring Weather Blues which looks very nice, but how do I download the template?  The Download section says Work in Progress and I can't find any other way of getting a hold of it.  Or am I missing something obvious?

Templates are in "reingenering" status to add some more refinments, as the language pack.
If your in a rush for that, you could download version 1 at that link.
