CumulusMX Template test

Hi,

This week-end I've taked some hours to play with CumulusMX 3.0.0 on Windows 10.
It could take some time to be accustomized to running backgroung "weather engine"
and look at Cumulus console... in a browser!

Tests with Weather Blues were good as the template was working, but some infos
were missing or in "plain" format. Due to template modularity, only "input" files
needed to be modified, so nothing have to be changed in php templates!

I've done new input files for CumulusMX with some "tricking" in file wt_data_MX.php
to "fill" some missing information from MX (see inside file to adapt to your environment)
... as a vesion 1.0, it could have some errors, if so, let me know!
