Newest Sunny Weather version 1.3

Dear members,

Here it is, the last Template needing update, done!
Sunny Weather was the first Template to be offered and
was partly updated with some patches for monthy records,
day/night forecast icons. But no official revision was done
since 2012.

So, Sunny Weather deliver now the best enhancements
offered by other newest templates:

- Station type detection
- Optional sensors detection
- Page display only equipement found
- Record include monthly and all time records.

Then, now you could choose any Template offered,
they all are updated to the newest Cumulus version
and include all enhancements introduced lately.
