Newbie needing help

I have cumulus working fine on my computer and the standard template works fine, I just downloaded the weathersky beta and theres no directions on how to install this template or any other template for that matter. I uploaded all of the files for the template to the root folder where cumulus uploads its data to and this is what i get when i load the index.php file

Parse error: syntax error, unexpected '<' in /home/billcom/public_html/LiveWX/wt_data.inc.php on line 503

can someone please direct me to the area for installing any template or help with with this one?

As many worker in Translator Team has worked hard on translation job, I've rushed to do
a first multilingual template... but neglect documentation

That page show you how to "process" optional pages, at top of page, you have to untick
option "Include Standard Files", and for the rest, only remember that you filename is:
 
Local filename: wt_data.inc.php
Remote filename: wt_data.inc.php

Thanks I got it to work. One question please go to my site http://www.billericaweather.com/LiveWX/gauges.php . why does the live wind data have scrolling bars?

When will weather blues be available to use. I like that one better.

Scrolling bars are there because your browser "zoom" is not at 100% (or 1:1)
Weather Blues v2 supposed to be launched in the next days (I finish doc 1st, this time!)
