Hi, I have wb1 on our website I have uploaded wb2 into a folder on the site and called the folder test
I did this so I could edit and configure wb2 as I am not a coder not being into php I cannot address wb2 to view it on our site there is no data going to it
I have tried www.ncirossallpoint.co.uk/test/index.php that does not work and many other and cannot get it to show any help would be appreciated.

Hi Fast,

I've checked your site and seen that hopefully,  you have sent page empty.php too.
So we can run the link http://www.ncirossallpoint.co.uk/test/empty.php
to see that your server is working well.

All pages seem to be there as no error is displayed (#404 or else), but nothing displayed
So, I think the problem is with your data files (files begining with wt_).

First, check your cumulus\web folder on your Pc to see if temp files are there (ie. wt_data_inc.phptmp)
Then, look at them on your website, is the timestamp on file changing after Cumulus update?
See if there is something (data) into the files.

Often problem is with the path to send it to your website.

Hi Jacques,
                  sorry if this is very basic but in my c/cumulus/web file I have only two folders "images" and "originals". In originals all the files are T.htm and not php. have I missed reading something  somewhere.
