Title: Real Buttons in Menu Bar
Post by: avoorpool on August 30, 2012, 10:13:10 AM
Hi Jacques,

Since some of my text in the Menu Bars hardly fit, I came up with an idea to introduce "Real Buttons" for (in my site) the 2 Menu Bars.......
I think it looks Great (and "clean".....)!!!!!

Check it out at: http://www.altonaweather.ca

Cheers,

Arthur

Hey Uncle Bob,

Not so difficult at all (I had no clue of html 3 month ago), just started to "experiment" and it worked out well.

Go to the site for buttons, and design the one you like (http://css-tricks.com/examples/ButtonMaker/)
Click on "view CSS Code".
I copied this part (code) into the styles.css template (actually changed the #buttons section).

If you like, let me know, and I'll send you a copy of that part of the styles.css template by regular email.

Cheers,

Arthur
