Title: syntax error on cumulus' webcam url . weather blues v2

hello there,
I noted when I add the webcam url on cumulus (vrs 1.9.4) it is appears a syntax error on server file "wt_data_inc.php" (line 595); the template is running fine when the webcam url is removed from cumulus.
I'm an absolute beginner and I'm not able to fix the matter myself.  Any chance to help me?

Hi,

webcam in Cumulus has to be entered as a complete url

ex: http://www.sanday.org.uk/webcam/webcam.php
