Title: Registered - Cannot download

Hi
I am very new to these pages.
In the public section I can easily find the download page and the item I want.
In the member's section I get to a Spanish page after I am asked my credentials.
The Spanish says something about "impossible"?
Please help?

Hi Johan,

I've tested the download page and all worked as best.
Could you try an other package (file) or try an other browser?
