Title: New section to become a Weathermaster geek!

Dear Members,

As I've lauched Php templates in last weeks, it's time now to help beginers
with Do-It-Yourselfer in mind to become a Weathermaster Geek!

With simple articles with, as always, easy step-by-step instructions, I'll show you
how to "play" with your newest template to reach a new level of customization
and show you all power hidden behind Php and how to join other technology
to achieve some enhancements you'll be proud of!

Then for now, I invite you to read first part of this new section; DIYer's corner
to see suggested free software base to install to be ready for future articles.
