Since I just get a blank screen and don't get a "file not found error" indicating that the manage.php is not found I'm going to assume that the manage.php file was uploaded to your web site and the permissions are set so that it can be accessed.

Next have you uploaded all of the support files that manage.php requires to the include directory and if you have are the permissions such that they can be accessed?

The files required in the include directory are:
          all_languages.php
           latest.php
           local_lang.php
           password_protect.php
           update_list.php

Regards,
Joe

Hi Robin. I get the same problem. I believe it's because my host doesn't allow remote file downloads or where it gets the files is blacklisted or something. No proof of this, just a gut feeling.

Had the same issue. It's your host blocken some "opensock" rules.
