Title: Clock show Canadian Time, how can I change it to Local Time (UK)

Greetings and a Happy New Year to All!


I have just installed the Weather Blues HTML Template on my website (which I think is great), but I can't find a way to change the displayed time on the clock to my local time (UK). I guess that I have to change something in the IndexT.htm, but I am unsure what to do.

Any advice will be gratefully received.
