Title: wu-forecast broken by WU site upgrade

Hi Jacques, hope you are well.

Since Weather underground have upgraded their site the Sarartoga WU-forecaster scripts is now broken.
Is this something you can help with or do I need to ask Ken for a helping hand?

Hi Bob,

Thanks to report this problem. As you mentioned, this script is Ken's creation
and has only be fitted in Templates. So, I don't plan to modify it... I'll check
enhancements to update this module accordingly.
