Title: Thinking out loud
Post by: woodend on May 08, 2014, 10:56:54 PM
Just wondering if they are a variety of skins to go over all the information that you have already programed, EG. if you already placed all the info on your index page, is there a lay-over template that wont actually disturb the work you have already done.

It would be great if I set up my weather site say using blues 1.1, but then a skin called red 2.0 is made and all I would have to do is upload all the adjusted files, but the skin leaves all my info files still intact, if this is possible, the files could then be thrown out to the public so that they could make awesome  skins.

Hi,

Yes skins are quite easy with these templates! Since I've divided
them into parts (_txt.php for data, .css for layout) anyone could
play with it to change colors, images and son on... and keep Template
"updatable" with TMM by preserving data files integrity.

Many weathermasters has customized their templates
at different level... I invite them to share with others!
