In the index.php file somewhere between line 80 and 90 there is this line.

<p><?php echo $Tr_ind_station.' '.$stationtype.', '.$Tr_ind_update.' '.$interval.' '.$Tr_minutes.'<br />'.$Tr_ind_mday.' '.$rollovertime; ?>.

Change it to this:

<p><?php echo $Tr_ind_station.' '.$stationtype.', '.$Tr_ind_update.' '.$interval.' '.$Tr_minutes.'<br />'.$Tr_ind_mday.' '.$rollovertime; ?>. <br /><b>Please ensure the time/date stamp is current</b>

This will put the additional text in bold on the next line. If you want it on the same line remove <br /> so it reads

<p><?php echo $Tr_ind_station.' '.$stationtype.', '.$Tr_ind_update.' '.$interval.' '.$Tr_minutes.'<br />'.$Tr_ind_mday.' '.$rollovertime; ?>.<b>Please ensure the time/date stamp is current</b>

This is actually outside of php and is standard html.

hi at the moment i have a test site for weather blue 2 here https://ncirossallpoint.co.uk/test/index.php

i am struggling with php i would like to add the text in bold text at the end of this line. The meteorological day used at this station ends at 10 am. Please ensure the time/date stamp is current

could someone please give me instructions?

Hi Everybody,

I am doing a study for some work on graphs and gauges for weather sites and I am interested to know how many of you capture UV / Sun Radiation / Sunshine Hours on your weather stations and if you somehow display it on your websites.

Please let me know.

Thank you for your reply.

I know exactly what you are saying, I am trying to do exactly that.
However, I know it works if I use the original trends.htm file. But what I am having trouble with is, transferring that data into the trends.php file.

I have tried to follow the advice given on the Cumulus forum, about how to set up Highcharts Graphs, but I find it impossible to follow and quite useless.

Effectivley, Cumulus MX doesn't produce any graphic file.

If you want to go that way, you'll have to use Highcharts
or other to have Something to see on your site.

Hello Folks,
I am using Weather Blues Template on my website.

Please could anyone tell me how to update Steelseries gauges from 2.4.0 to 2.7.3.

Also I am trying to change Trends Graph to Highcharts Graphs.

Does anyone have any information on how to do this please.

Does anyone know why the weather blues php template, does not work with the new code or files. Or does anyone know the correct code or files to enable me to update my website.... pretty please.

I have been using the Cumulus mx program for quite a while, I have noticed that the Trends page uses png files but Cumulus mx does not.

Any ideas please?

Promote your site! / New Tide Section Added

Hi everyone,

A couple of changes to my website.

There is a new section for "Tides". The UK Admiralty now have a free developers API where you can download tide information for UK ports. With BIG THANKS to Mark Crossley over at the Cumulus forum I was able to manage to produce the following (Mark did all the work, I just took what he did and made some small modifications to fit in with my site theme). Tide is updated every hour and gives predictions for approximately 7 days.

If you click on the tides button in the top left you can see other ports which are local or have some interest for me.

I also changed my Forecast pages. The nice people at Wunderground who are now owned by IBM have decided to change the free API so you can now only get a 5 day forecast, no hourly forecast, no satellite images, no radar images so for my forecast I have moved across to Darksky.net (its a free API unless you make over 1,000 calls per day). It wasnt too difficult to switch and it provides the information I need. Click on the forecast button at the top and select 8-day or hourly.

Hi Pete,

Templates are geared for Cumulus v1.x engine.
For MX (Linux) engine, include files has to be modified.
Specially seperation charactor need to be changed to match your configuration.

You could browse forum for messages about MX.
In particular, go to this one (a MX test files I've done some time ago)

Php templates / Weather Blues 2.2

Hi. after a while not using weather blues I have tried to install version 2.2 but have failed to get it to work.
Following the information on this site I have modified the files with my information and uploaded then to my website, but it then comes up with error 500 when trying to logon. But it seems that I must be missing some info somewhere, any sugestions please. On CumulusMX are there any files the need adding or modified because the wt file does not seem to be trying to upload. I suspect that I have not set up the installation correctly but have followded the information in the instructions.

I am using a raspberrynpi  and CumulusMX

Any help please
