Password Required!?!?!?!?!

I installed Weather Blues V2, when I try to access the Manager page, it asks me for a password.  What is this and where do I get said password from?

Hi,
I think you haven't followed installations instructions to the end!! 

If you follow this link, you'll find a secxtion titled "Operation"
you will see that the 1st time password is "adminpass" and
find the procedure to change it for your own password!

I did follow procedures.  Thanks - but I am wondering why there is no mention of any password requirement in your installation instructions..........
