Site Visitors Feedback & Comment Page for Weather Blues

Hi,

For those who are interested what visitors have to say about your website, I've implemented a (slightly modified) Saratoga script "wxcontact.php" which allows the visitor to enter name and email address + feedback/comment message.
An adequate method in the script makes it possible to eliminate Spam messages..
