Hello Tom, I've just been looking at your excellent site and I'm fascinated, as a newbe here, by the scrolling forecast on your main page.  Would it be possible to let me know how you did that, or is it a trade secret ;)

I have just made a start on my own modest site, but aim to expand as my experience grows. It's the html version by the way.

Hey Tom,

Indeed, nice feature to the main page.
Figured out the 'trick', and it's running in a 'prelimenary' test-version (http://www.altonaweather.ca/indexT2.php)

Question:
I checked all of the .js files and found the adjustments for the width.....
Where do you change the background colour????

As for g0hdi:

The 'trick' is to implement parts of the gauges-ss script where the 'original' display runs.
Ue the <canvas id="canvas_status" width="550" height="25"></canvas> settings, and make sure to implement all of the <scripts> on the bottom of the page. like in the gauges-ss.html page.

Hope this helps,

Cheers,

Arthur
