New site in the Netherlands

I installed the Sunny Weather Template, but I think something is not good. When I go to my website i dont see de nice blue colors. I think I need some help :-)

try unclicking the utf-8 encode on the sites/options and then under files make sure none of them have the utf-8 option clicked

I had forgotten to place some files in the root, I had them in a subdirectory posted on my Web server.
