Change Cumulus colours

Hi I know this should be easy ( I have done it before) but for some reason I cannot change the colours via cs.eng 1 could someone please give me a step by step instruction?
I have tried so many times to find a .css file it keeps asking for my old head is spinning.

Hi Jacques it's the Cumulus colours I want to change I have done it before but due to me going brain dead for the life of me I cannot remember how,I am still on Cumulus 1.9.4 1099 and trying to change the Cumulus colour via css eng vb1
