How can i replace the icon set?

Hello everyone. First, thank you very much for your site and for letting me use your template. It is very very good, and has significantly increased the visits to my website. I downloaded an icon pack, and not find a way to install them. My web editor tells me the following path:

(Icon 24 is currently in use, light rain)


But I do not find either the web server or on my computer that route, to put icons downloaded. I would greatly appreciate your instructions, because I know very little about web programming. Thank you very much.
