cumulus 1.9.4 update

I just updated to 1.9.4, and no matter what I do with this template I can't get it to show up on the web.  When looking at the server the page is on, cumulus is NOT writing anything in the Index  & Yesterday file.
I had a back up and got my site back up, but then when I re-install the blue template, same thing happens over and over again.

Ideas?

Are you editing the xxxT.htm files and copying them to the Cumulus/web folder?

If you can provide the link to your site it would help in troubleshooting.

Sorry thought I added the link, I put the old site back up, will try this template today and leave it up with the error happening in a couple hours.

okay the template is in place, the index file, the yesterday file, the realtime files on the site are now at zeros! nothing written to them...
I can't figure that out of why it would not write these files

I have same problem,  I upgraded to  cumulus1.9.4 and  the INDEX.HTM is always empty (0Kb). It seems IndexT.htm its not being processed .  I dont know why.

I have same problem.

I just found the mistake I made ​​in setting the version 1.9.4 buid 1095!

The tab "UTF8" is on "Cumulus" in two places in "Internet Settings"
- Site options
- File options

I forget to uncheck "UTF8" in "Site options"!!!!!
